Baked Brie with Caramel Sauce Method

1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to gently warm the Brie without melting it completely (about 15 minutes)

2. Preparing the Brie: Place the Brie on a small ovenproof dish or a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Choose to leave the rind on the Brie or remove the top layer if you prefer a softer texture. It's a matter of personal preference.

3. Baking the Brie: Place the Brie in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until it becomes soft and slightly oozy in the center. Keep an eye on it to prevent over-melting.

4. Preparing the Platter: While the Brie is baking, prepare a serving platter. You can use a wooden board, a decorative plate, or a slate platter, depending on your preference. Wash and dry the fresh figs and grapes. Slice the figs into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

5. Toasting the Bread: Slice the baguette or other loaf into thin rounds or cut it into small toast points. Toast the bread in the oven for a few minutes, in a toaster, or in a pan with a bit of butter or olive oil for added flavor and crispiness. Arrange the toasted bread on your serving platter.

6. Assembling the Platter: Once the Brie is warm and gooey, carefully remove it from the oven.

Place the warm Brie in the center of your platter, surrounded by the toasted bread slices. Arrange the fresh figs and grapes around the Brie, creating a visually appealing and delicious display.

7. Drizzle: Drizzle Coop’s salted caramel sauce generously over the warm, oozing Brie.

8. Serve: Place small cheese knives or spreading utensils near the Brie for guests to help themselves. Serve the warm Brie with the figs, grapes, and toasted bread, allowing everyone to customize their bites.

Enjoy your crowd-pleasing combination of flavors and textures!
