double chocolate brownie recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter

1 1/4 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup Coop's hot fudge

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

2. Melt the Butter:

In a microwave-safe bowl or using a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Allow it to cool slightly.

3. Mix the Wet Ingredients:

In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in the vanilla extract.

4. Add the Dry Ingredients:

Sift the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt into the wet mixture.

Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

5. Add Coop's Hot Fudge and Chocolate Chips:

Gently heat the Coop's Hot Fudge sauce in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds until it's slightly pourable.

Fold the Coop's Hot Fudge sauce into the brownie batter, creating a marbled effect.

Stir in the semisweet chocolate chips to enhance the fudge factor.

6. Bake:

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (but not raw batter).

7. Cool and Cut:

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes, then use the parchment paper overhang to lift them out of the pan.

Let them cool completely on a wire rack.

8. Serve:

Once the brownies have cooled, cut them into squares or rectangles.

Drizzle a little extra Coop's Hot Fudge sauce over the top for an extra layer of chocolatey goodness.

These are the ultimate treat for chocolate enthusiasts, with a lusciously fudgy texture and a rich, chocolaty taste.
